Cold pressing is an ancient method of pressing oil seeds at a slow pace in a wooden churner, resulting in a fresh full of flavor oil that has the nutritional power similar to that of the whole seed. Our oil is pressed weekly in small batches without added preservatives or additives and are wonderful sources of beneficial Omega-3 essential fatty acid.
